A combination of Asian and Mediterranean this seafood dish is a fantastic balance of greens, proteins and healthy fats.

Sea Bass, avocado with Asian Nutty Slaw and Stevie’s Pea Shoots and Baby Leaves. This combination of fish and greens is packed full of protein, selenium, anti-oxidants, the greens also having anti-inflammatory benefits whilst the nuts give you a great hit of healthy fatty acids.
